On January 25, 2016, CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (“CEMEX”) (NYSE: CX) informed the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) that Luis R. Farías Martínez, current Energy Vice President of CEMEX, has decided to retire from CEMEX effective as of February 1, 2016.
