Item 8.01

Other Events.

On July 9, 2019, Enterprise Products Partners L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), issued a press release regarding the Partnership’s quarterly cash distribution to be paid to limited partners with respect to the second quarter of 2019. In the press release, the Partnership also stated that, beginning with the payment of this quarterly distribution and until further notice, the Partnership has elected to use common units purchased on the open market, rather than issuing new common units to satisfy the delivery obligations under the Partnership’s Distribution Reinvestment Plan and Employee Unit Purchase Plan. In future quarters, this election is subject to change depending on the Partnership’s need for equity capital.

A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
