NAM retained LaSalle Investment Management (Securities), L.P. (“LaSalle”) as a sub-investment adviser to each of the Nomura World REIT Mother and Nomura LaSalle Global REIT Mother. NAM retained CBRE Global Real Estate Securities, LLC (“CBRE”) as a sub-investment adviser to the Nomura-CBRE Global REIT Mother. NAM has given dispositive power to Heitman, ING Clarion, LaSalle and CBRE and the right to receive the power to direct the receipt of dividends f rom, or proceeds from the sale of 467,200, 937,100, 23,359 and 64,126 Shares, respectively (approximately 0.76%, 1.53%, 0.04% and 0.10% respectively of the total number of Shares outstanding.)
