Navient Unaudited Pro Forma Condensed Financials The slide on page 22 presents unaudited pro forma condensed financial statements of Navient reflecting the separation and distribution that is expected to occur on April 30, 2014. The unaudited consolidated pro forma balance sheet as of December 31, 2013 reflects Navient results as if the separation and distribution and such related transactions had occurred as of December 31, 2013.
