On August 2, 2021, DZS Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 by issuing a shareholder report. A copy of the Company’s Shareholder Report and a copy of the press release are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
