Covered Securities Pursuant to Section 18 of the Securities Act of 1933

The Commission proposes for comment Rule 146(b) under Section 18 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Rule would designate securities listed on certain national securities exchanges, or tiers or segments thereof, as covered securities. Covered securities under Section 18 of the Securities Act are exempt from state law registration requirements.
